MICROBIOLOGY Testing

Microbiology testing is a mandatory testing service in any food product when assessing the fit for human consumption. It is vital that the risk of microorganisms affecting the consumer product has to be tested and eliminated. The following tests of Microbiology tests help sustain the safety.

Aerobic  Plate Count, Total coliform, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterobacteriaceae, Bacillus Cereus, Lipolytic bacteria /Organisms, Yeast  & mould count, Vibrio cholera, Fecal coliforms, Clostridium perfringens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Sulphite reducing bacteria, Lactobacillus spp, Aspergillus spp.

CHEMICAL TESTING

Contamination of chemicals used in the agriculture as pesticides, fertilizers, preservatives, and processed food are harmful and injurious to the health and wellbeing of all living beings.  It is important to test for the presence of these and evaluate the hazards before consumption of it.
