Bureau Veritas Sri Lanka to be the third party inspection partner for Sky Bridge being constructed at Colombo.

South Asia's first engineering sky bridge to be inspected by Bureau Veritas Sri Lanka.
The Structural steel sky bridge will be assembled in India and inspected by BV India Chennai team, but will be imported in pieces to Sri Lanka and reassembled and Bureau Veritas Sri Lanka team. At a height of 91-100 meters, the bridge will span 55 meters with two full length pools and a sunbathing deck on top.
Upon the completion of reassembling, the Sky Bridge will be hoisted through strand jacking and fixed meters between the 19th and 21st floors of these two towers
The bridge is expected to weigh approximately 3,000 metric tons including water
